All new students are provided a standard 12 months access upon enrolment. You can find your course expiry date on your course dashboard under ‘Due Date’
Alternatively, you can determine how long you have remaining on your course by finding your original enrolment email sent on the date you signed up. Your access will expire 12 months from that date.
If you are close to finishing your course, don’t worry! If you submit all your work before the due date and need to resubmit any work, we will give you more time to do so.
I need to update my personal details with Animal and Wildlife Academy.
No worries at all! Just submit your new address, email, or phone number. You can also notify us if you’d like to add a support person to your account by sending through their name, phone number, and email address.
Any details that need to be changed must also be updated with your payment plan provider. Please ensure you update them directly.
